The Terms of Service (TOS) are the rules and regulations that specify guidelines for using our services. Use of our services is subject to these terms. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to all parts. Use of FryHost’s services implies agreement with these terms!

We provide our services to people all around the world. We have the responsibility to protect each client and provide them with the best service possible. The following guidelines were designed to ensure that our services remain of the utmost quality. Please read very carefully before ordering and/or using FryHost services.
The FryHost Service Agreement is a separate agreement between FryHost and all customers. Please make sure you are in agreement with the following points and conditions, as well as our service agreement (in its entirety) before signing up for or using FryHost’s services.
The FryHost Resource Usage Policy is an extension of the Terms of Service containing more specific utilization policies. Please ensure that you are in agreement with its points and conditions before signing up or using FryHost’s services.
The FryHost Domain Registration and Reseller Agreements apply to all domains registered or transferred via FryHost, and for resellers using FryHost to offer services to their own customers.
All services provided by FryHost may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, obscene content, or anything illegal under U.S. law.
FryHost adheres to the DMCA. We process valid copyright infringement notices only and act according to law.
If FryHost determines an account is using excessive system resources, we may suspend or request an upgrade to VPS. This is rare and only for extreme cases.
FryHost performs nightly backups for admin purposes only and is not responsible for backup integrity. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
Sending SPAM from or through FryHost servers is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account deactivation. We may bill cleanup at $90/hour.
Clients must treat staff respectfully. Rude behavior may result in account termination after a 10-day notice.
Support is offered only via ticket system. Non-pre-sale messages on platforms like WhatsApp may lead to suspension after three violations.
Accounts inactive for 20+ days will be suspended automatically without prior notice.
Cancellations must be requested via the client area. A form must be completed confirming your intent and readiness for data removal.
FryHost gives at least 10 days' notice before recurring charges. We bill 7 days prior, on the due date, and 3 days after (if previous attempts fail). Ensure your payment info is valid to avoid interruptions.
FryHost may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice for annual or longer plans. It's your responsibility to review prices periodically.
Any account not paid in full by the end of the Term will be given a one (1) day grace period. If payment is not made within the one (1) day grace period, FryHost reserves the right to suspend your Services. FryHost reserves the right to terminate Services fourteen (14) days after the payment due date (Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting) and three (3) days after the payment due date (VPS Hosting).
FryHost is not responsible for any damages or losses (including any data) as a result of suspension or termination for non-payment of your account. In addition, FryHost reserves the right to refuse to reactivate your Services until any and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
A "duplicate payment" is identified as any payment made more than once by a customer for a service, either inadvertently or due to system errors, utilizing a credit/debit card or via PayPal. Common instances include active PayPal subscriptions combined with manual payment.
Upon detection of a duplicate payment, the excess amount is automatically allocated to the customer’s FryHost account as account credit, pending further action or notice.
You must notify FryHost of any duplicate payment within 14 days from the payment date. After this period, only account credit will be issued.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting, Python Hosting, and Managed WordPress Hosting if cancellation is requested within 29 days.
Exclusions: Custom plans/services, add-ons, licenses, domain purchases, account/domain funds, paid support/migration, and renewals are non-refundable.
After 30 days, no refunds are issued. Account credits are valid for 2 years and are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for first-time customers and services. Violations of these Terms waive all refund rights.
Introductory Offers are limited to new customers or separate new website projects. Transferring existing sites to claim introductory rates is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Free migration is available for 60 days after signup. Beyond this period, charges apply. FryHost does not guarantee success or timeline for migrations and is not liable for data loss during migration. Customers must back up their data.
Available with 12, 24, or 36-month hosting plans for select extensions. Free domain must be claimed at signup. Cancelled plans will be refunded minus the domain registration or transfer cost. See Sales for further details.
FryHost reserves the right to cease operations at its discretion. In such cases, a minimum of 15 days' notice will be provided when possible.
Users from countries or regions under U.S. or other applicable sanctions, including those listed by OFAC, are prohibited. Use of FryHost services with domains from sanctioned regions is also prohibited.
By using our services, you agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Domain Registration Agreement, Affiliate Agreement, Reseller Agreement, and all related FryHost policies.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination. FryHost reserves the right to remove accounts or content it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion.
