FryHost extends a 30-day money-back guarantee applicable solely to:

  • Cloud Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Free Website Hosting
  • Gift Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • Dedicated Servers Hosting

Refund eligibility remains confined to a single occurrence per client entity, thereby precluding claims across multiple acquisitions or separate service enrollments.

Non-Refundable Charges

Procedural Requirements

  • Eligibility for the trial is exclusively contingent upon the procurement of a billing cycle spanning 1, 2, or 3 years, strictly adhering to the stipulated terms and conditions.
  • Refund entreaties must be formally submitted as a standalone request—distinct from the cancellation notice—within 29 days from the service activation date.
  • Refunds, once sanctioned, shall be remitted within 90 days post-approval.

Absolute Refund Prohibitions

Refunds shall be summarily nullified under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of Terms of Service (TOS): Any violation leading to account termination renders refund requests inadmissible.
  • Post 29-Day Period: No compensatory reimbursements shall be entertained beyond the designated refund window.
  • VPS, Dedicated Servers, IP Add-ons, or Ancillary Services: These remain categorically non-refundable under all conditions.

Inadmissible Refund Rationales

Refunds shall not be issued for subjective or circumstantial justifications, including but not limited to:

  • Erroneous purchases attributed to user oversight.
  • Inability to comprehend/utilize provided services (e.g., cPanel, RDP, etc.).
  • Change of intent post-purchase.
  • Misalignment of expectations regarding product selection (users are encouraged to utilize live chat for plan modifications).
  • Non-utilization of the acquired service.
  • Perceived insufficiency in download/upload speeds, as such metrics are contingent upon extrinsic variables beyond FryHost’s jurisdiction.

Operational & Technical Considerations

  • Refunds shall not be granted on grounds of migration delays.
  • Service downtime or technical anomalies shall not constitute valid refund criteria.
  • Requests stemming from capricious, emotive, or arbitrary inclinations (e.g., utilizing the service for 29 days and demanding a refund thereafter) are strictly precluded.

Domain Registration Terms & Conditions

No Refunds on Domains

Once a domain is registered, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Domain purchases are final, and no cancellations or refunds will be issued after payment.

Incorrect Domain Spelling & Availability

If you mistakenly enter a misspelled domain name during checkout or if the domain is already registered by someone else, no refunds will be provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the domain name is correct before making a payment.

Reordering the Same Domain Extension

If your selected domain is unavailable, you may place a new order with the same domain extension. However, no adjustments or refunds will be made for the previous payment.

No Credit Transfers or Adjustments

Payments made for domains cannot be transferred or adjusted toward any other service, such as hosting, VPS, or any other product. You cannot pay extra to recover an incorrectly registered domain.

By purchasing a domain, you agree to these terms. Make sure to double-check your domain details before placing an order.

EPP Code Request Policy

To transfer your domain away from FryHost, you will need an EPP (Authorization) Code. There is a fixed fee for obtaining the EPP code, which is clearly mentioned on the EPP request page.

  • The EPP code will only be provided after the required fee is paid.
  • This fee is non-refundable and must be paid per domain request.
  • Ensure you meet all domain transfer requirements before requesting the code.

By requesting an EPP code, you agree to these terms. Make sure to review the fee details before proceeding.

Domain Registrations/Renewals

All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end, we cannot process refunds for these transactions. In the rare event your domain has a misspelling, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can attempt to correct it.

Duration and Scope of Guarantee

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is applicable exclusively to: Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting, Python Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting if cancellation is requested within 29 days.
  • The countdown to the end of the guarantee begins from the activation date of the account, not the order placement date.
  • Any Custom Plans, Custom Solutions, or on-demand services created for a client are 100% non-refundable.

Late Invoices

  • We do NOT provide extensions on invoices here at FryHost.
  • All invoices must be paid on the DUE DATE. If not paid, accounts will be suspended and subjected to a 15% per day late fee that must be paid to reactivate.
  • Invoices delinquent past 14 days are subject to account termination.
  • We will attempt to contact you 24 hours prior to account termination. Once terminated, ALL data including backups will be scrubbed from our servers. There is no recovering the data once the account is terminated.

Backups

We take 2 days of backup for accounts in case of suspension in the following services:

  • Cloud Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Free Website Hosting
  • Gift Hosting
  • Website Builder

There is a fixed fee of $10 (including fees) to recover those accounts.

Promotional Pricing

  • All of our packages are discounted for first-time customers.
  • All packages will renew at the regular rate.
  • We reward customers for signing up annually (12 months), biennial (24 months), and triennial (36 months).
  • Prices on our website reflect the best possible rate.

Non-Refundable Services Policy

Services including Website Development, SEO, and other offerings are non-refundable at FryHost. This includes Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller Hosting, Alpha Reseller Hosting, and all CMS Hosting.
